Dick LaFontaine has been an avid student of Tai Chi since 1993, achieving his teacher certification in 2001. Dick's education and training is on-going on the inner Tai Chi system which incorporates mindfulness and expanded awareness training for health cultivation and peace of mind in everyday life.
In his Tai Chi classes, Dick includes basic elements of Qi Gong (Chi Kung), useful for gathering and cultivating chi (life force). The benefits can be felt immediately and are long lasting with regular practice.
Dick is also a certified Tai Chi for Arthritis teacher, under the system of Dr. Paul Lam from Australia. Tai Chi for Arthritis is gentle and relieves pain and stiffness.

Sharon Pelletier considers herself remarkably fortunate on the day she discovered the sublime & compassionate world of Yoga.  It has been nearly 8 years, since Baukje McCray first opened the beautiful SAY YES TO YOGA studio, in Webster, where Sharon began to attend Yoga classes.  She was immediately captivated & began to discover the many healthful benefits of a dedicated Yoga practice…
“Yoga has taught & continues to teach me some invaluable life lessons~ how to quiet my mind, strengthen my body, breathe deeply the healing breath, how to tap into the life force energy called” prana”, how to be the non-judgmental observer, to have compassion for myself & others, & how to truly experience & appreciate every single precious moment of my life.”
As Sharon became more & more passionate about her Yoga practice, she also became aware of a strong desire to teach others how to find peace, good health & happiness through Yoga.  This desire, lead her to the renowned Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health (www.kripalu.org), where she successfully completed an intense 200 hour professional teacher training program in November 2006.  Sharon has been joyfully guiding others in the practice of Kripalu Yoga ever since.

Uzma Sufi, R.Y.T. (200 hour) "As I surrender to the moment to be with my breath and sensations invoked by a yoga posture, I feel closer to my spirit, my true self and who I am. I experience awakened peacefulness. By faithfully practicing Yoga I continue to lose my separation and become one with my truth, my highest inspiration and potential. I hope my Yoga classes will help you free your own awakened peacefulness. May it be to celebrate your own beauty, harmony, brotherhood, generosity, kindness or whatever resonates with you."
